1. Who we are and what we do
StrataCap is the trading name of StrataCap Company For Consultations, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration (Unified No.) 7055046135, with its registered office in Riyadh (national address: Building 3154, Street No. 1126, Sedra District, Riyadh 13413, Secondary No. 9291). StrataCap is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Investment (MISA), the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and the Riyadh Chamber.
StrataCap provides independent management consulting within its registered activities:
- senior management consulting services;
- rehabilitation and restructuring of administrative, financial and operational processes;
- verification of documents, records and data;
- revenue cycle management.
Our work consists of review, challenge, analysis and advice to support decisions taken by our clients' management and Boards. Decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
2. What we do not provide
StrataCap does not hold licences to provide regulated services and does not provide:
- securities business or regulated investment advice, including arranging, dealing, managing or advising on securities;
- formal valuation opinions;
- statutory audit, review or other assurance opinions;
- legal advice or Shariah rulings;
- engineering certification.
Where a mandate requires any of these, they are delivered by appropriately licensed specialists, engaged by the client or, where agreed, alongside StrataCap. Our reports will state this clearly.
3. Experience and examples on this website
Figures and achievements described on this website, including project-finance values, programmes, speaking engagements and awards, relate to the founder's executive experience before StrataCap unless stated otherwise. Case examples are anonymized and described in general terms to protect client confidentiality.
4. Advisory Council
Advisory Council members are independent practitioners. They provide external perspective on StrataCap's advisory practice and do not act for StrataCap or on behalf of its clients unless separately engaged for a specific mandate.
