This website is operated by StrataCap Company For Consultations, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration (Unified No.) 7055046135, with its registered office in Riyadh (national address: Building 3154, Street No. 1126, Sedra District, Riyadh 13413, Secondary No. 9291) ("StrataCap", "we", "us"). StrataCap is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. The personal data we collect
- Information you submit through our forms: name, job title, organization, email address, phone number, country, the details of your enquiry, and any document you choose to upload. Expert Network applications may also include your CV and professional background.
- Information you send us directly: by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical information: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to operate and secure the website.
- Analytics information, only if you accept analytics: how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and device type, collected through Microsoft Clarity. Clarity is configured to mask text that visitors type into forms.
Please do not send highly confidential, privileged or price-sensitive information before an engagement letter or non-disclosure agreement is in place.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange introductory calls.
- To assess and scope a potential engagement before a contract is signed.
- To evaluate applications to our Expert Network.
- To operate, secure and maintain the website.
- To understand and improve how the website is used, where you have accepted analytics.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, to take steps you request before entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests where permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, including Microsoft 365 (email delivery and storage), our website hosting provider, and Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept analytics).
- Independent specialists engaged on a specific mandate, only with your agreement and under confidentiality obligations.
- Competent authorities, where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we do so only in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or for longer where the law requires it. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, and Expert Network applications, are deleted or anonymized once they are no longer needed.
7. How we protect it
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted connections to this website, restricted access, and email delivery through Microsoft 365.
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to destroy it when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent.

9. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising cookies. Analytics through Microsoft Clarity runs only if you select "Accept" on the analytics notice. You can change your choice at any time.
